Depending on whether you take the theme alone or as a part of a group, there are different approaches to working with the content:
If you work with this theme alone
If you work alone do this as a written exercise, approximately 1 page of illustration, 2 pages of written reflection.
If you work with this theme as a group
If you take this module as part of a group do the above mentioned exercise as preparation for your group meeting and present it to each other. Allow 20 minutes per presentation.
- Start a group dialogue on how the dimension of Place can bring knowledge of the context of the service users and their interconnectedness to places and people: What emotional and social processes of importance to the service users does it illuminate? How can this knowledge qualify or nuance the planning and organizing of service?
- Make a written resume of your discussions and choose 1-3 conclusions to follow up on during your upcoming staff meetings.
